Demolition order removed

 

Great news. On tuesday I received a letter from Generalitat Valenciana, the type of letter that you have to sign for and up until now has always brought bad news. I passed it on to Connie our solicitor and yesterday she congratulated me on being the first person in Catral to have had the demolition order on our house lifted. Apparantly we have won the appeal against the demolition order and the file on my house has been closed. I hope that this is the first of many

Its about time things started to go in the right direction, rather than rumours and speculation.

Have you been told what the next stage in the process is yet or it that yet to be decided

 

That is very good news.....the next battle to grind us down for the next three years is the motorway road passing through Catral.....and what's next...maybe they will want to move the Mountain closer to Catral...don't you get fed up with this crap.....it's like never ending.

 

Lee, I was so shocked at the news as it was the last thing that I was expecting, that I never asked Connie what happens now. I will phone her today and ask.

 

I can imagine the words and thoughts that went through your mind when the police delivered the letter. At least you can start to relax and enjoy life here now, rather than wondering what will happen next to ruin it.

I think this calls for a couple of sherberts down a bar tonight to celebrate
