I have just checked with someone to get more of an idea about the location of the golf course. It will be on the right of the Elche road and left of the San Fulgencio road. A rough idea was about 1/2 to 1 mile down the Elche road on the right hand side, as a rough idea of where it will be.
I have no idea where the access will be from though

I Google earthed and there appear to be a few modern houses down there. :Copy of fear:

Do you think they'll be grabbed?

I wonder which way it'll run. I'd like to see a plan but couldn't find it on the Ayuntamientio web site.

It may be that it will be on the other side of a big batch of polytunnels just up from us.

Lee ive been to SATS animal sanctuary so I do Know where it is , my query is How can they fit a golf course near the sports stadium with all the new roads and streetlights down there surely in open country near SATS is far more logical a location, after all a golf course is by its very nature some 1000's of square metres

Two words that don't go hand in hand, logic and Spain
Thats definitely where the golf course is going, hence all the housing development going on down there. That way they have a nice money making estate to sell with the golf course as the main selling feature

In fact I'm so sure of the location I would bet a drink on it. Bottle of San Miguel anyone

I can tell you exactly where the golf course is going as our house is one that may be demolished to build the access road. They are indeed building residential housing by the sports centre but the actual course is going to be just outside dolores access roads being straight through s.a.t.s and also through Vereda La Roldaina taking out at least 6 houses that i know of maybe more.

I owe a lot of people a very public apology in that case then. Seems I have been totally misinformed myself

So are you facing demolition of your house or land grab and infrastructure charges for the pleasure of loosing your land Jan?

That's horrendous!

I still don't really know where SATS is. I know Vereda Escorredor and Vereda Quico Maro but not the one you mention.
Have they issued a land grab order to you?
