no order has been issued as yet, San Jose the developers seem to be having some money problems at the moment.We have been told that we will receive some kind of compensation but we have nothing in writing.We can do nothing at the moment until we hear from San Jose,building could start at the end of the summer or not for a couple of years .....things are that uncertain. Vereda la Roldaina....if you are comming out of Dolores towards Catral, go past the VW Repsol garage on the left turn right at the posh villa then past the swimming pools on the right before the sharp left hand bend turn right keep left thats it. Anyone who thinks they may be affected should see the architect at the town hall as they are keeping everything very quiet we only found out by chance !!!! hope this helps.

ps the road that s.a.t.s is in runs parallel to Vereda la Roldaina the access road will run across the fields s.a.t.s will go and so will the houses in the way , the road will then meet up with the main road running into Catral.

Down the lane that runs alongside the palm place.

It must be horrible for you to not know exactly what's going on.

So it's being built on the opposite side of the town to the new buildings on the Calle San Fugencio?
That's where I understood it was being built before the comments on here.
Has the town hall got any plans on display?

all we can do is wait and maybe get the Mayor to re-route the road we are not the only ones in this position i know of at least 6 others, but i wanted people to be aware as i said they are keeping everything very hush hush at the town hall, nobody really has a firm idea of what is going on at the moment.

For the plans you need to see the architect you can make an appointment

I think i'll pass on the architect. You haven't had a chat with them then? Are you sure they will pass through your property?

You don't know where the course will be built? Just the access road?

Google maps give a slightly better over view, but there are a lot of road names missing

You can see the sharp bend in the road, then follow the directions Jan has given to get a good idea of where its all going to happen. Their satellite images are also several years out of date

If they have offered compensation or were thinking about it. Will you get the present market value or an amount set on the price of when you first purchased your house?

Im still gobsmacked at this.
