We are moving to the Torrevieja area in December and bringing my Mom with us - We have been trying for over 8 months to get an answer as to wether she can still get her disability living allowance, attendance allowance and mobility - if not the whole move could be off as we are her only family and we cant go without her - we'll lose the house we have found as well as our deposits We just cant seem to get anyone to answer our letters or emails - on the odd occasion they do its just the basic blurb! I am at a loss - Any ideas who could help????We were just told she must actually mve BEFORE they will even look into wether she qualifies which for a disabled person is putting her in a very vulnerable situation not knowing if she will basicly give up her home in the UK and arrive in spain with no means to live
Please does anyone know where I should go next - A name a number a department anything would help as we have hit a brick wall.
