Important Catral homeowners meeting

 

There is a Catral home owners meeting on Monday 6th July at 9pm at Catrals Casa Cultura

Sr Antonia Belido, Catrals urbanistic councillor has accepted an invitation by a group of Catral people including Vecinos Colaborado Association, to in form the residents of whats going on in Catral, especially the new AP37 motorway idea by the Councelleria.

There is a big opportunity to find out whats going on in Catral especially with the illegal house regularization, septic tanks and the new AP37 motorway saga etc

If anyone goes to this meeting I would appreciate a few bullitt points being posted please.

I'm not in Spain for another coulple of weeks and would like to know what's happening.

For those of you who went to the meeting and missed East Enders, Phil is giving Dawn a happy time.

From what I have been told about the meeting, they were telling people to stand together and fight the motorway and not much else got said.

I have a bad habit of being straight with people and not beating around the bush with my opinions and views.

I have heard people saying, well the motorway is not near me, it wont affect me, why do the petition. These are the same people that if their own houses are at risk for any reason, would expect every one to be rallying around their own cause.

Please if anyone can get down to the town hall and fill in the form, please do. Because the people you help today, could be the same people that you might rely upon to help you at a later date.

From what I have been told, each form that gets filled in at the town hall, has to be replied to. So if nothing else, you will help create a paper work nightmare for the team behind the motorway. And its one form per person, not per household.
