Another Long Term Rental Wanted

 

We are looking for a minimum 3 month rental with a view to extend. Catral, Dolores area or close by, don't want to be on the coast. 2 bed would do us and if an apartment would have to be a top floor. Ideally we would like a bit of outside space as we have 2 small dogs. We have rented property with them before and could provide a reference if anyone is worried about them. Looking to move in approx 2 weeks time, living in Almeria at the moment so no problem coming up to view.

We have a property for rent, it is a one storey bungalow, it is on a corner plot with a nice size garden and pets are not a problem, it is a 2 bedroomed property with full solarium, it is in quesada, so not too far from Dolores, we would be looking at long term rental though, we were hoping for an 11month rental, is this any good to you?, it is available immediately and as the property is an investment for us, we want to rent it for as long as possible so no pressure on you having to move.
