There have been reports of a mad flasher in the area

A guy in an old white car will pull up and ask you directions.

He then drops his pants and trousers to flash at the victims.

The car registration starts with the numbers 68

On a side note, I wonder if the local police will be doing an artist impression or if they have very little to go on

I see the funny side to this, but it is real
