medical records when joining doctors clinic in Catral

 

My husband and I have had a holiday home in Catral for 2 years, now we are moving perminantly in a few weeks. We are pensioners and need to join the medical practice, but need to know about our medical records. Can we have them transfered over from our UK doctors electronicaly. same as in UK, or do we have to bring a copy with us, I would much appreciate any advice.

I popped into the doctors to ask your question, and was told a hard copy in your hand is much safer. I presume because then you know it has arrived

Many thanks John, I will take your advice, I`ve already made enquirees at the doctors just in case. It won`t be long now we`ve booked our flight.
