Property rental

 

Hi, I have a property in Catral that I would like to let holiday/long term. Can anyone suggest the best way to do this?

Hi, We run an estate agents/rental company in Dolores and would be happy to take your property on to rent, we mainly deal with long term rentals, we charge the first months rent for the marketing, advertising and contracts to be drawn up, then we take 10 percent monthly for looking after the property, dealing with electric and water bills and the banking of your money and sorting any problems that may accur.
