Hi there,

I am a researcher for Channel 4's A Place in the Sun. We are currently producing an hour-long special about buying property in Spain, for transmission in around a month's time.

One story we are interested in covering is that of illegal build, Ley de Costa and land-grab in Spain (particularly in the Valencia region but also in other areas).

Our aim is not to sensationalise but to present an informative and balanced report of the current situation, using case-studies to highlight specific dangers.

This item would obviously offer whoever we choose to feature a fantastic opportunity to raise awareness of their situation back in the UK.
