Post Number 2 | Sure they will keep coming, people are seeing the euro signs at the moment with all these distressed sales, bank repossession properties, etc.
People looking to move back to the UK are taking big cuts, but because of the strength of the euro to the pound at the moment home owners in Spain looking to move back to the UK are not taking such a huge knock, people that were moving over regardless are now bullying sellers and can save massively on prices 1 year or 2 years back.
Lifestyle buyers, retirement buyers, family / friends wanting to be nearer to each other, etc - people will always keep coming, and it is not only from the UK. Lots of different nationalities have been coming to Spain for years, they have settled here and their families have been visiting and they have made the step into Spain. |
