It used to be a somewhere where you would take your date, or somewhere to keep the kids happy on their day off, but in Fort Worth, Texas, a trial is underway for one of two suspects charged with murdering a Hurst employee during a robbery.
Jonas Cherry, the miniature golf manager was attacked and killed in October 2006 ashe was preparing to open for business. Paul Storey, the alleged killer, was a formeremployee of the business.
Prosecutors said Storey committed the crime with another man. They said the pair stoletwo surveillance video tapes but missed a third, which captured their images.
If convicted, Storey could face the death penalty.
