Description:
Description- To Lead service level agreement with the Client (PFR,OFR)
- To represent Supply Service in the Customer Team when negotiatin logistics conditions agreement.
- To control alignment between the product catalogue and clients.
- To control the stock
- To colaborate in forecast reviews done by sales department
- To monitor client inventories, proposing corrective actions.
- To elaborate Kpi's for follow up
- To share service indicators with clients regularly, leading the required actions and sharing information with the team.
Qualifications
University degree- Administration/Echonomics.
3-4 years experience in Customer service/ demand/ logistics
Habilities: Resouls oriented, solve problem orientation, comunication skills
