Description:
- Professionally develop and deliver training programmes for skills, technical, management and staff development training
- Works with quality assurance team to address needs to support operations gaps in processes, tools and reporting.
- Provides input to newly developed and pre-existing training materials and quality assurance to ensure business unit’s training and quality needs are met
- Provides assistance to more senior staff in the evaluation and determination of business unit training and quality assurance needs. May interface with management to ascertain and document training needs and to support implementation of the quality assurance initiatives
- Provides oversight and coordination to lower level staff to ensure the timely and accurate production of applicable training.
- Works with vendors and other business units to coordinate and organize technical and/or professional trainings
- Compiles data and provides reports and analyses following internal and/or Customer requests concerning training and quality assurance
- Provides guidance and assists in the training of less experienced staff as required
Education & Experience:
- Associate’s degree in a related field (training and/or quality assurance) and/or equivalent work experience
- Prior knowledge of business process in BPO companies using technology-based strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as related to the development and presentation of training, guidelines and procedures
- Critical and analytical skills are a must to perform quality control and audit procedures both from within the team and support operations
- SAP/PeopleSoft knowledge desirable (HR modules)
- Experience in multi-national and multi-cultural environments highly desirable
- Strong solution-finding and analytical skills
- Must be fluent in English and German, other language would be an asset
- Comfortable in Microsoft office suite
- The ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and show willingness to try new things
