General Job Objective
Reporting to the Sales Manager of the region, the Sales Rep is responsible for achieving sales objectives, supporting and motivating partners in the development of a strategy in each market, provide reports as requested by management, developing new markets or building weak markets, conducting strategic analysis of current markets to detect potential business opportunities.
Essential Job Functions
• Promote complete product line with regional partners.
• Conduct customer visits according to travel schedule approved in business plan.
• Promote Crane Care plans with our partners.
• Support management in decision processes.
• Conduct market research to detect potential business issues and opportunities.
• Monitoring of Competition.
• Responsible for updated sales reports and sales budget, determined each year.
• Evaluate potential new partners according to business plan (by country).
• Develop quotations of New Products.
• Negotiate in conjunction with management special business with customers.
• Keep customers updated on all aspects of the business (delivery, price adjustments, business news).
• Provide customer training in sales issues.
• Provide communication to product managers on specific information requested by customers and bids, product support managers to follow up customers requests, CraneCare Regional manager to work coordinated in the region, and Latin America sales coordinator for delivery, orders and other issues related with sales process.
• Provide communication with customers and other commercial partners, frequent communication with freight forwarders and service centers.
Job Requirements/Working Conditions
