- Develops and implements specific manufacturing plans and budgets to support Calatayud objectives and goals in areas of customer service, quality, productivity, cycle times reduction and employee involvement.
-Maintains compliance to budget and capital expenditures through the evaluation and correction of variances.
-Maximizes capacity utilization to achieve high customer service levels while maintaining and improving competitive lead times.
-Assures attainment of plant's production plan, AOP, Sales Objectives
-Identifies and attains proper staffing levels to meet cutomer demand at established production and sales levels.
-Improves labor, material and production efficiencies.
-Improves customer satisfaction results in delivery and quality through the effective use of all company resources.
-Ensures conformance to all Spanish environmental, health and safety rules and regulations.
-Adheres to and enforces all Ingersoll-Rand and Calatayud policies and procedures
-Sets and maintains standards for quality and quantity of work while initiating changes to improve quality and service.
-Assumes responsibility for meeting quality standards and responds to customer complaints and initiates corrective action.
-Responsible for managing a high performance team through recruitment, coaching and mentoring efforts.
-Resonsible for the development and implementation of strategies (in addition to ST ESA strategies) associated with the 40 turns initiative and COE creation.
1. Maximizes capacity utilization to achieve high customer service levels while maintaining and improving competitive lead times.
2. Year over year productivity (material and labor) savings
3. Improves labor, material and production efficiencies.
4. Ensures attainment of plant's production plan.
5. Responsible for the development and implementation of strategies (in addition to ST ESA strategies) associated with the 40 turns initiative and COE creation
6. Ensures environmental, health and safety regulations are implemented and sustained according to IR and Spanish law standards.
