Providing outstanding guest service, assisting Guest and maintaining a calm, professional environment at all times .
Observe the Front desk and ensure that established procedures are completed in accordance with policy and procedure, especially postings, cash transactions, account settlements and deposits should be checked if they are correct.
Must be skilled in Opera, excellent customer relations skills and team building
Qualifications
Minimun experience 6 months 1 year in similar position
EU work permits
Good team member
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) Spanish used in the workplace and the English language. Other languages
must be an advantage (French, German, Dutch)
Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
