As Director of Sales, you will manage all sales activities and events including direct sales, sales solicitation, sales administration, public relations and management of the sale team.
Key Responsibilities as Director of Sales:
- cluster position: responsible for room revenue and banqueting revenue of IC mar Menor and IC La Torre
- Total room Inventoy = 197 room
- Total banqueting facilities = 1980 m2
- Manage existing sales team of 5 sales team members and recruit assitional 2 candidates prior to opening.
- Key market segments: group and wholesale
- Key geo market: Spain, UK , Germany, Benelux
Qualifications
- Strong UK, German and benelux MICE Background
- Strong whole sale background domestic and international
- Expected to be on the road to get MICE business
- Prove good management skills
- Excelent English and if also in Spanishis a plus
- Start in the position as of April/May 2008
