The responsibilities of an Mechanical Supervisor include, but are not limited to:
- Act in a consulting roll in a seconded position to the owner to help oversee EPC of a LSTK Contractor for a Hydrocracker Unit.
- This person will report functionally to the Fluor Deputy Construction Director, and Directly to the Repsol Responsible Person for this Block of work.
- This person will provide input into the design, constructability, quality and performance of the EPC Contractor.
- Ensure that the EPC Contractor is effectively implementing their safety program.
- Participate with Client in managing Conditions of Changes.
- Assistance will be required in maintaining progress of assigned Area and/or Contractor.
- Monitor and audit the performance of Contractor personnel in assuring that work is completed according to specifications, plans, construction schedules, applicable safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Ensures conformance to project work rules and regulations.
- Participates in meetings where the specific function expertise is required.
