The Turnover/Startup Coordinator reports to the Commissioning Manager, and is responsible for managing and communicating work requirements to the Commissioning Team. He is also responsible for assisting the client with all startup activities and responsibilities.
- Responsible for the Safety of the Commissioning Team, with the philosophy of Zero Accidents, where "Zero" is the only acceptable number with regard to injuries or accident on the job.
- Responsible for review of the system turnover packages, received from construction, for content and completeness.
- Responsible for the review of system punch lists with the Commissioning Team, for items affecting the commissioning schedule.
- Responsible for compiling of commissioning documents, into system packages, and reviewing all documentation for content.
- Responsible that all documentation is transmitted to the Complete It Administrator, for the clearing punch lists and tracking completions progress.
- Responsible for startup of plant systems within the design range of operations.
- When required, be available as Deputy to Commissioning Manager.
