How does the plummeting pound affect you?

Dear all,

Just wondering whether anyone is feeling the pinch of the plummeting pound (in relation to savings/pensions etc)? I work for Tonight with Trevor Mcdonald in the UK: we're doing a piece on how expats in Torrevieja are being affected by the current sterling crisis.

the plummetting pound has had bad effects on my monthly mortgage repayments .As these payments are paid from the uk it's now costing me £1200 per month.I am finding it very difficult to keep up especially with the agent unable to rent.
