So; you are talking total basura.
I was in hospital cos of my drinking problem (did not drink enough.........water, when working in the sun, ha, ha, had you going for a minute) and it was like a bloody hotel. However, before I could get in I either had to flash my credit card or my Social Security card, thankfully I have a job with a contract so I had the latter (why don't we do this in the UK?).
If you're getting medical help cos of your mental problems it's cos your conning 'em with an E111 or whatever it is these days - that's for tourists only you cheating SOB.
I'm tellin' on yew. |

| Re: Spanish Health Care Thats coz you is down the expensive part of Spain Scoot. Up until recently, people on the Costa Blanca have been getting free health care no matter what age or if in full time employment, early retirement etc etc.
They are now in the process of putting a stop to it. http://www.thespainforum.com/f271/va...ritons-137723/ (Valencia takes away free healthcare from 1600 Britons)
Kare has said you can pay voluntarily into the Spanish health care system and get better cover than if your on a private scheme

| Re: Spanish Health Care You have to feel sorry for the Spanish. They might try and rip our gold filling out when we live in their country. But they have never successfully invaded the UK like other countries have.
I dread to think how bad the immigrant problem is now back home and how its changed in the time I have lived away
If it weren't for the British navy many moons ago, the Spanish would never have discovered glass bottom boats for looking at their previous navy's

Oh, the 'helpful, good for the economy' immigrants; I stand corrected! |

His movie is not even marketed as a documentary because it's filled with more lies than Farenheit911. In Sicko he praises the health care Cubans get from their government. I know many people who escaped out of Cuba and that country has just about the worst health care in the world for its own people. Google "The Real Cuba" and when you see the website click on the link for free healthcare and see what the Cuban government gives its people that Michael Moore or any of the mainstream media will never tell you. The only ones who take Michael Moore seriously in America are the N.Y. Times, a few radical websites, and Jimmy Carter.
Whenever I need to see my doctor I always get an appointment for the same day. Recently a neurologist I went to ordered up an MRI. I saw the doctor on a Friday and was told the hospital will call me on Monday to set up an appointment. They called and asked if I could come in tomorrow. I told them I had plans and asked for an appointment on Thursday. They gave me a 4pm appointment. I showed up at 4pm and forgot my written prescription. Under state law they can't give the test without the signed prescription form even though they knew exactly what I needed. They rescheduled me for Friday and the test was done. What I just wrote is a routine example of how health care is run. With 300 million people, some will always fall between the cracks. Of the 45 million people without health insurance we hear about that includes 15 to 17 million people eligible for Medicaid, but they haven't registered. Medicaid is government paid health insurance for lower income/no income people. That 45 million number includes 12 to 14 million people who are living here illegally. There really is no health care crisis. My father, who is on Medicare, which is government paid health insurance for senior citizens, needed to see a heart surgeon to repair a heart valve got an appointment in two days. The surgery he needed wasn't critical and could have waited for a couple of months. When we took him to the heart surgeon he set it up for the following week. My father asked if he could have it done after the summer was over. The doctor said he could, but told him to get done now and be over with it. His surgeon was Dr. Mehmet Oz. This guy is a world class heart surgeon and he's on television quite a bit. My father paid nothing out of pocket. His Medicare insurance paid for it all. Again, that example of my father is something Michael Moore would never reveal and there are millions and millions of Americans who go through that ever year that we never hear about. The one who falls through the cracks is the one who makes the headlines. I never read about Americans going to Europe to get health care not available at home, but I often hear about it the other way around.
That's stuff Michael Moore would never disclose in a film made to bash America. He's a man that does most of his post production work in Canada to pay lower wages and avoid labor unions. While it's against the law Michael Moore has fired employees who tried to unionize. Also, many have quit working for him because he treats them like garbage, won't pay for their health insurance, and pays little more than minimum wages.

I met a Cuban exile here in Spain, he was working in Toledo while his family were back in Miami. Some of these left wing idiots who idolise Castro should be made to talk to people like him. He told me that the 'free to everyone' higher education in Cuba is only available to kids who are deemed 'politically suitable' by the state i.e. they have to endure regular indoctrination by the state and pretend to say all the right things.
I'd like to punch Michael Moore in the face.
