Anyone got any tips for selling a house?
Got the coffee pot gurgling away in the kitchen
All the windows open to fully air the house etc
Pond pump running to give a nice relaxing sound of running water in the garden, seating out there arranged again for the look of tranquillity and making it look like it would be a nice chill out spot in the summer
