you can use anything from an 80cm to a 2.4m dish....
it all depends on what channel you want to watch...
for bbcs and itvs the bigger the better...a 1.8 m dish shuold do you...
if you dont care about bbcs and itvs then go for a smaller dish...

wire it up for three tvs.
you may need to explain this a bit better.
do you mean you want three tvs to show 3 different channels at the same time....in which case you will require 3 different satellite receivers and at least 3 cables from your dish, one for each recieiver (2 if a pVR like freesat HD+)

or do you want just one receiver and the same channel puipped through to 3 TVs..ie they all show the same picture...?

i dont konw of anyone in your area tho...

you will need a 4 output (quad) lnb to run 3 receivers from the dish.
if you go for a big prime focus dish then you will need an invacom c120 lnb.
