HOLA
I am a Domestic Energy Assessor in the UK carrying out Energy Performance Certificates for Solicitors, estate agents, developers and land lords; I also produce Home Information Packs.

I believe that EPC’s are required throughout Europe but can anybody confirm this as I am told things are a bit more relaxed out there.

I want to move to Alicante or Valencia to live and work but need to know if it’s worth trying to use my skills or weather to retrain.

Any advise would be great.
