Default Buying a home in Spain

Recently I have been thinking of moving to Spain for living and working and I make this decision after I have made several times travel to Spain. I deem that it is the second most visted country in the world and I recommend all the people travel to Spain . The most attractive place I think is Tenerife and I stay there for more than one month. Now I'm planning to move to Spain and I have found some property related sites in Spain, buy property spain and spanish property . I wonder if you could give me some other suggestion or recommendation about the property marketing in Spian. Any advice would be much appreciated!

Before beginning your search, there are several things you need to have a good, long think about. Narrowing your search criteria as much as possible at the initial stage will save time, money and leg work in the long run.

FINDING A PROPERTY
Now the fun begins. It's time to start looking. There are many ways to find your dream property; below are a few of them:

Exhibitions
Overseas property exhibitions are excellent research resources. You can chat to the exhibitors, see the range of property available and get a feel for the market and prices.

Agents and developers
Thousands of agents and developers from Spain market directly to the UK and Ireland. Many will have an office in the UK staffed by English-speaking sales staff.

Default Re: Buying a home in Spain

Hi, I moved to Spain about 4 years ago. Before I came here I took a 'buying property trip' to Spain. I stayed for a few weeks in the area I wanted to buy and went from real estate to real estate, looking for the right property. When I found the right one, I went straight to a lawyer and set up the pre purchase contract.
It all worked out relly well.
