We have friends looking to purchase an Apartment

2 bedroom apartment
2 bathrooms
quiet location, not on any main roads
residential or holiday apartment if on an upmarket or quiet resort
must have good outdoor space, i.e. good sizes terraces, balconies solarium etc
ideally the lounge and bedroom should open out onto a terrace
access to a pool is a must.
nice view
Good condition do not want to do refurbishing
nice area is a must we do not want to be in Torrevieja itself
within 20/25 minutes of a good beach
